Susan, Wootton - Duncan and Lee offer a double barrel of surprises
every week with their combined experiences in the fitness industry. We are
pushed and challenged to our limits each time. Needless to say my fitness
level has increased considerably and I am now in my second course of training
with them and I intend to continue going to their training sessions for as long
as I can.
Emma 31 - Thanks so much to Duncan and Lee, who have been great at
getting me fitter and fitter every week. I went on this course to sustain my
fitness as I thought I was quite fit already, but I have never worked so hard at
a training session before and my legs and arms have never worked so hard in
their lives!! The variety of exercise there every week is great which means you
are working different parts of your body and challenging yourself as well. It's
also great that Duncan and Lee spur you on in every exercise, a bit like a
boot camp, although a lot more fun, it's just what I needed as I find it hard to
motivate myself.
Elaine, Abington - Duncan and Lee have really helped me re focus on my
fitness and start to work on looking and feeling better. For the last 7 years I
completely got out of my wellness zone. I suffered with depression and had a
serious illness of Septicaemia which left me in intensive care for 2 weeks.
(Something I never let onto Duncan and Lee when I signed up!! Sorry guys).I
struggled to get back to my normal self. At last I found the way. In the last 9
weeks its been tough but the results and way I feel now have started to make
a real difference, I even signed up for 2 sessions a week, its that good. I feel
confident again, have more energy and above all can see the difference in my
body.
Thanks guys for being so supportive, I would recommend your courses
to all.
Justine, Mum of three tiny tearaways - I find the fitness sessions really
excellent!! The classes have improved my fitness levels very rapidly and they
motivate me to do more on the evenings I don't go to a session. It's different
every week so it doesn't get boring and Duncan and Lee are constantly
encouraging us individually to push ourselves to the maximum which is totally
necessary when you are as lazy as I am.
